Standing proudly on the Hauraki ridgeline, with expansive views of the gulf and Rangitoto Island, this stately grand dame oozes old-world charm. This stunning Cape Cod style villa has been lovingly restored, with the standing seam roof forming a major feature of the exterior design – we have used Roofing Industries Spanlok 450mm in Ironsand from the Colorsteel range of pre-painted steel. This project presented a vast array of complex elements – the large dormer windows, numerous skylights and glass panelling over the rear patio each required meticulous flashing work and precise detailing to achieve this stunning finish – and it was a challenge our team of highly skilled installers thoroughly enjoyed.
