The Clevedon Metlifecare Care Building is a showcase of precision installation and technical collaboration. Working alongside Gibson O’Connor, Aspect Roofing delivered the full RoofLogic Ultratherm system, incorporating a liner deck, vapour shield, 120mm PIR board, DriStud FRU36 underlay, and Trim Rib COLORSTEEL® top deck.
This premium warm roof system offers outstanding thermal performance and long-term energy efficiency, making it an excellent choice for aged care and healthcare environments.
The project presented complex logistics, with multiple trades, sequencing challenges, and tight programme demands. Through strong coordination with RoofLogic and exceptional support from our client, the team achieved an impressive finish across this large-scale roof area.
