Nestled amongst the vineyards of northwest Auckland, this gorgeous build is full of rustic charm. This modern barn-style home is set back from the road overlooking rows of grapes and a lush countryside garden with weeping willows and a bustling pond. Mimicking the traditional board and batten look, the roof forms a major feature of the exterior design – we have used Roofing Industries Spanlok 450mm in Windsor Grey from the Colorsteel range of pre-painted steel. This project was perfectly suited to the profile with the steep pitch and expansive roof faces really showing off its clean lines.
