This project was a strong example of our team’s installation capability, with a high level of detail required across ventilation integration and flashing execution. A range of ventilation products were carefully incorporated to ensure performance, while custom flashings from Proform Steel were used throughout to achieve clean junctions and a consistent finish.
The roofing features Dimond Dimondek 400 in Colorcote ZinaCore 0.55g, with Titania and Ironsand creating a sharp, coastal look across the development.
Located at 33 Red Beach Road, just moments from the beach, the project combines a relaxed coastal setting with proximity to Auckland’s CBD.
A great result and a testament to the skill and attention to detail of our install team on site.
