This project was a strong example of our team’s installation capability, with a high level of detail required across ventilation integration and flashing execution. A range of ventilation products were carefully incorporated to ensure performance, while custom flashings from Proform Steel were used throughout to achieve clean junctions and a consistent finish.
The roofing features Dimond DD400 in ColorCote® Zinacore, with Ironsand and Titania creating a sharp, coastal look across the development.
Located at 33 Red Beach Road, just moments from the beach, the project combines a relaxed coastal setting with proximity to Auckland’s CBD.
